Happy New year to everyone!

I have been approved of an extension. My first one as I was laid off in June 2013. I normally do web-cert but on my paper claim it has the X marked for filling out the work search. I apply online and just would like to know in the areas of Person Contacted and Results, Do they need to know actual names? Do I need to call every single place and ask about my application? As for results meaning what did they respond when I called? Is there any way I can just put Online?

Thank you so very much for this website, there is no way I would have known what to do throughout my EDD journey. you’re the ONE person for sure that did something after your own personal frustrations, besides get paid, new job and moving on. You actually did something helpful for your community even though you didn’t have to. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

But I have not received anything. I even called the Edd automated service line and it reports my last payment was 2 weeks ago, so it isn’t even on the same page with what the website says. Will this be a problem?

I forgot to file my claim on the 29th as I should have, I telecerted monday morning the 30th can anyone tell me if I will still get paid for this last week?

Dee & David,

Even though the EDD employees and your legislators can’t do a darn thing on any WARNING claims, until Deloitte fixes them, KEEP CALLING THEM – EVERY DAY! Perhaps if they grow tired of being bombarded with DAILY calls from HUNDREDTHS of EDD claimants, they just might in turn go to jerry. I know, long shot, but at least it’s something. IT is mind blowing to all of us as to why it is taking Deloitte’s programmers so long to fix this – to me, there is no excuse. The one thing I do know for a fact, is that as soon as the warning is fixed, you will be immediately paid. Thus, call daily.

We’ll keep praying for you guys.
