I can’t remember if I found this info on this site or another but it did work today for me, I got through to a person in less than 5 minutes.
Press 1 (for english)
(After that long extension message)?
Press 1 (for information on last payment made on claim & EDD debit card info)?
press 1 (for information on last payment made on claim)?
press 1 (if you have a pin number)?
listen to your check info then wait till you hear
“press zero to be connected to CS”?- Press 0 and wait.??
