Cannot talk to a real person!

Last time I called (2 other times previously) at 8:30A.M. and every time they already had their maximum number of calls. What is the max? 3? Or do they have 1 person on the phone with 25 supervisors? I get errors filing online but it does not say what the error is. I have been working all of my adult life and never filed a claim.

    No one knows how many people are actually answering phones or if they really are! I had to call them once. After a few days of trying, I finally got thru by starting at 8am and calling every 10 minutes starting at 8am. I was finally put on a holding pattern at about 10:30am and was able to get someone around 10:45am. They only “take” calls until 12 so you just have to be persistent. It really sucks but it finally worked for me! Also, be VERY FRIENDLY! Do NOT lose your cool. No matter how rude the worker is, just keep being nice and thank them. You know the saying..kill them with kindness. I see a lot of ppl here complain about how rude they are. Just remember that they have the POWER to deny your claim. If you have to suck up to get what you need, so be it! Worker I talked to was a real b***h but her attitude changed the more kind I was. Good luck!
