Twenty one times I called the SDI phone line, 800-480-3287, to ask about a letter to state my benefits will end. I got disconnected each time due to the number of people in the queue. This is an unacceptable issue. EDD can do better than that.
How many times is it acceptable to EDD for a disabled person to call to ask a simple question? Not on FAQs!!!
