    I’m now on hour 38 waiting for my payment. Last pay period I had to wait until Tuesday afternoon to receive my funds. Prior to that, I had received my funds promptly on the night of Monday after certifying by phone on Sunday. I’m still very disgruntled, waiting for my funds as the time is now 2:18PM PST on Tuesday and I’m use to receiving the funds at or around 10:00PM PST on Monday. Anyone have any more additional information?? Do I need to call them and recertify??

      I’m still without payment. It says on their facebook page (CA) that there was a glitch/processing delay and that payments should be received by 9am on 10/17/12. I hesitate to call because 1. They will throw the 10 day wait time for processing payments, which they make very clear after certifying and 2. If the rep. is annoyed (and im sure they are) they can cause further delay by re-issuing your claim. I would wait to call/email until tomorrow. Blah!

      Waiting also. I called this morning and was told to wait until tomorrow. So of course I called again and was told that my claim was accepted today at 1:57pm and it can take up to 48 hours to receive my money. This is really screwed up. Last time was fine and the time before. Very strange stuff. So I am waiting and we shall see …

        did they re issue your claim form or did you just re do it when iy gave you the option

          She just said it was submitted – the one I did on 10.14. So no
          they did not reissue. We will see if I get it.

    I re-did my claim through telecert….I waited about 2 hours and called and the rep told me they had rec’d my claim and I would receive my deposit within 24hours……

    Did you read the post you just commented on? Yes. That is what I was told and exactly what he said would happen did. I’d rather do something About it rather than sit and wait and wait to get more pissed off, but thats me. Call them and make sure it’s taken care of. I spoke to them at 830 this am before any other excuses or stories even had a chance to form.

    im confused lol thanks to all these postings should I wait until tommorow or call edd to re-claim. i also wedb-cert and nothing yet.

      I don’t think so, I got all 79 weeks of UI on time and without incident. Remember, there are 920K unemployed receiving benefits right now, and less than 1/10000 complaining. :-)

        79 weeks wow thats a long time. looks like your almost out of your funds. im like at 12 weeks and 2nd time i had a problem, i say edd sucks meaning there costumer service not the program YOU just like all of us are here complaining so you are part of the 1/1000. if they need more people the should hire a few hundred of us unemployed ppl and answered those phones. im not to happy with edd i was making 24hr now i have to settle for 450 a week thats miserable cant wait for my union tho get there shit straigh to get back to work and off this dumb blog

      I didn’t have that problem this time but I have had it in the past. did you overlap on starting a new claim or a new extension? I was rolling into a new claim and they did it incorrectly and assumed I should go through that original ‘waiting period’ again. But I called the next day and it was literally deposited on like 20 min. Just call on the am and find out. I always get through in at most 3 tries by pressing the options to check on latest payment and right when they are telling me the date of last payment press 0. Works almost every time ;). I’m sure it’s just a mistake.
