I usually try not to complain, but I strongly feel that EDD should have a working phone number where a live representative can assist customers. All the times I've called, it's always the same generic automated message stating that due to the high volume of calls that EDD is experiencing, try calling at a later time. The same message no matter what time I call. This is just another lie from EDD when in reality there will never be a live representative to assist any customers. Why does it take so long to receive my ach load credit when I’ve sent my claim twice and filled out everything completely. Is there any money for EDD? I need my money now, why is it taking so long. I still haven't been paid for the week period ending 02/12/2012. This is ridiculous, i have bills to pay today not next week after week of waiting. Life sucks, I’m at the end of my rope now. If i don't get paid soon, i have no choice but to seek other alternatives and who is to blame for this - the EDD who steals peoples money and then drags out the waiting of receiving a low income pay check. It's not like it's much, but at least it's better than having no money at all.
