Finally got a phone call back. Spoke to “Mark”. When I asked about the delay for my payment, I was told there was a “glitch” in the system. When I asked what kind of glitch, “Mark” told me because I was speaking over him, he need not explain further. He corrected the problem and told me “that is all” and hung up.

The fact that EDD employees are allowed to speak to anyone like this is absolutely astonishing.
