Where did you find the information on when your claim form was received? I have been sending mine in the saturday before it’s due and i received the paper checks on the following wednesday and the debit card payments on tuesdays. i did the normal routine this past weekend and got nothing. my mail carrier has been know to not deliver or pick up my mail due to my ethnicity so i fear something happened to it. i just want to verify they did get it at some point.

Didn’t get mine yet either. Was getting worried until I see others having issues. Monday you think? Mine is 2 days late.

Are you taking into account the Thanksgiving holiday? State offices were closed on Thursday. Friday may also have been a holiday for them. It may come Tuesday. If you still don’t have it after 10 days (they tell you to allow 10 days to process payments), contact them.

I should clarify that I am in California.

Also, you said that you mailed your claim form on Monday (Nov 14), and they didn’t get it until Friday (Nov 18). With the weekend (Nov 19 & 20), then the Thanksgiving holiday (assuming that Friday was also a holiday for them), that leaves three business days to process the claim (Nov 21,22, & 23).

I’m sure you will get money by Tuesday.

Let us know what happened. Good luck!

    Still nothing this morning :(

Also, the phone just tells you to use the web because they’re too busy, then the web tells me to call ….all I can do is laugh so I don’t flip out lol

They did this to me recently…. I called the Vietnamese line and finally got thru but that did not help at all… then I “re-submitted” my claim via telecert (and got a confirmation number)and received my claim the next day.

I have found that often our payments go into some sort of limbo or la la land place. It amazes me all these people who get their payments like clockwork – mine comes in so randomly without rhyme or reason.

Still nothing this morning !!!!! Anyone else??

I have not received mine either. I filed on the EDD Web Cert on Nov 22. I have not received anything as well. I am tempted to mail the paper form as well..just because i don’t know if there was technical issue. On top of that, the date of submission keeps changing everytime I log in to the EDD Web Cert page. Is that happening to you as well?

  • Tammie B.

I filed on the 20th through tele-cert. I always get my payment the next day on my visa debt care. Not this time. Tomorrow’s Dec. 1st, and still nothing. Never mind calling, tried a few hundred times. The recording essentially says, “Tough luck”, and hangs up on you. I submitted an online inquiry, no word back. I am sooooo stressed out. Can’t pay rent, getting passed due calls. Some Christmas season this is turning out to be.

    What is going on?

  • lovableranger

OMG!! I just try to check on the payment and of course I get the automated system. the said the system is currently unavailable.. what the hell is going on here.. was anybody able to get into the system..

  • schiong

I tried the whole day yesterday and I got the same message about the system being unavailable. It’s been 5 days since I filled through tele-cert and nothing yet.

I filed thru the mail and usually get paid tues or Wed. Nothing yet as of Fri night. Seems it is happening to everyone with no explanation.

Same, I have not received a payment or continued claim form since before Thanksgiving. Really freaking out. I can’t pay my rent.
